New Years Eve 2010 -2011
My friend Maria and I were inviting some friends to my house for celebrating the new year.
We dined a lots of different mezhe, appel-lemon-must, and for dessert vanilla ice cream with both sour and sweet berries, coffee and tea.
At midnight we were making a toast in warm mulled vine, outdoors on a snowy meadow near the church.
And in the later night Ellen made a really nice tepid cheese with melted sugar on top. Very tasty on salted biscuits!
