Baking potatoes in the owen for hours. When they come out they are like crispy bombs filled with soft, hot mashed potatoes. Delicious. Putting together a dish with left-overs from the fridges. Some cheese, tomatoes, onions, butter, salt. Simple and perfect!

What I ate for lunch today.

My friend were heartbroken and I were sick. She came over with a paperbag of freshmade tagliatelle, two nicely looking hearts of artichoke and a jar of sweet, red tomatosauce.

All from the italian place Aldardo, at Kungsports here in Gothenburgh. Perfectly delicious!

I cant remember eating pasta with so clear taste of every ingredient before. Eggs, flour - everything, you could feel it! Mmm! Perfect food for sad people.

She also brought a movie about Francouis Sagan. It was very...french.
